Dal coating alla spruzzatura, realizziamo campioni colore con diverse tecnologie, adattandoci al tipo di tinta e al supporto. Offriamo una gamma completa di finiture: taglio, chip mounting, perforazioni, stampa e confezionamento personalizzato. Offriamo inoltre soluzioni di packaging personalizzate per la protezione, l’organizzazione e la presentazione dei campioni: dallo sviluppo di sistemi di housing su misura fino alla realizzazione di contenitori funzionali e coordinati al brand.
Cleaner processes and emission control
We apply eco-friendly industrial procedures and invest in solutions that reduce the environmental impact of our operations. In particular, our plants are equipped with after-burner systems for VOC: they are installed both on the spray plants in Via Sabin and on the coating plants in Via dei Chiosi. It is a precise technical choice that embeds environmental protection at the core of the production process.
Renewable energy and efficiency
We prioritise renewable energy and use qualified raw materials, aiming to combine performance and responsibility. We have installed two photovoltaic systems—one on the Via dei Chiosi facility and one on the Via Falcone facility—to increase energy autonomy and reduce grid consumption.
Energy recovery and waste reduction
We also make the most of the energy generated by our processes: we recover thermal energy produced by the Via Sabin afterburner to support heating/cooling needs, improving overall efficiency. In addition, we reduce waste in day-to-day operations: we reuse the plastic buckets used in production for paint storage thanks to dedicated washing systems, extending their lifecycle and limiting waste.
For us, sustainability means making measurable, progressive choices: reducing emissions, optimising consumption, recovering energy and promoting re-use wherever possible. A pathway that protects the environment and makes our process stronger, more reliable and fully consistent with the quality we deliver to our customers.
