Creating a colour sample is not only a matter of technique and precision: it also requires the ability to reproduce the result true to industrial scale. Whatever the product ordered, our process follows a defined structure designed to ensure flawless, consistent and scalable results.

Receiving customer specifications
Every sampling project starts with a discussion with the customer. We receive the colour reference to be reproduced (physical or digital) and all specifications regarding substrate and desired finish. This initial phase allows us to set up the entire workflow correctly and define performance targets from the outset.

Colour formulation and matching
We use state-of-the-art spectrophotometers and in-house databases to formulate and match the colour, using waterborne or solvent-based coatings depending on project requirements. This is the technical core of our work, where expertise and technology come together to ensure consistency, accuracy and reproducibility.

Quality check of the matched colour
The matched colour undergoes internal or external validation, according to the customer’s specifications. Checks are performed both visually and electronically; the final outcome is determined by the verification system agreed with the customer.

Mass production
Once the colour is approved, we move to large-scale production. We select the most suitable method based on substrate and required result: coating, direct spray application or manual application. Each process is optimised for colour accuracy, durability and compatibility with the selected material.

Production quality control
Production is monitored through both visual and electronic checks. Batch consistency is verified by analysing samples taken from different points within the production run, ensuring uniformity and reliability.

Printing and finishing
We choose the most suitable technology (offset, screen printing, digital) to print the semi-finished item based on the customer’s artwork. This is followed by finishing in the requested format using modern cutting, collating and assembly equipment. Every detail is managed to make the colour sample not only functional, but also aesthetically flawless and consistent with the brand identity.

Storage and shipping
We manage logistics in-house: secure storage, order preparation and tracked shipments worldwide. For customers who require it, we also provide fulfilment and stock management services.
